Civil War period straight razor engraved on the blade "John Johnson". John Johnson was a 1st Sergeant in the 2nd Regt. of the U.S. Colored Troops (USCT). Box has "Goldbug Reg. in U.S. Pat. Office Germany" + "A.W.N.Y." as an imprint. The razor itself is not Goldbug but clearly etched "OLD DUTCH" with the windmill trademark. The other side of the tang id marked "Henry Althoff Co.
