is printed in black and measures 5 5/8"x 2 3/4" overall. As seen in image, there is a portion missing from the right side of the envelope. Fremont was the hero of California in the Mexican War and led two expeditions in the Rocky Mountains in 1842 and 1844. He was a controversial general in the Civil War. |
