Has "Philippine Islands", "Cuba", and "Porto Rico" as well as U.S.A. in the arms of the medal. "Spanish War Veterans 1898-1902" in circle. Back has "United" in the center. American flag ribbon with eagle pin bar. Pin bar has B87144 stamped on it. Ribbon has come apart on the back and there is a staple where an attempt was made to fix it.
