are one piece, the eagle is a second piece on top of the buckle. With
original keeper. In original manufacturers tissue paper. from Horstmann
and Allien stock that my father acquired from Tinsel Trading Co., their
successor.

shield on a green background. The lower field is maroon & white enamel
with a fleur de lis and lion (served in France and Belgium) and star
(Mexican Border service).
